Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Our training course "Preventing sexual harassment in the workplace" provides a comprehensive guide to addressing this important (but often perceived taboo) topic. In the third chapter, we focus on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. We learn to distinguish sexual harassment from merely inappropriate behavior. Rules and principles for dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace are also presented. The fourth chapter is dedicated to procedures for dealing with incidents of sexual harassment. It sets out clear guidelines for dealing with reports of sexual harassment to ensure that incidents are handled and investigated appropriately.
